The registration procedure allows employees to be sent to Switzerland for work assignments during a limited period of 90 days in a flexible and unbureaucratic manner.

Within the framework of the free movement of persons, workers from the EU/EFTA area can come to work in Switzerland for a maximum of 90 days. This requires, in particular, a well-timed registration procedure. In addition, other points such as wage and working conditions must be observed. In addition, special restrictions apply to persons from third countries. A registration procedure can be applied on the basis of a posting as well as on the basis of a local employment (start of employment with a Swiss employment contract).
